Montanuniversität Leoben (MUL) offers a full-time tenure-track position in reservoir geophysics. In compliance with the MUL goal of gender equality, this position is exclusively for female researchers. The candidate is expected to apply geophysical and geostatistical methods to characterize subsurface reservoirs. In line with the MUL goal of supporting the transformation towards a sustainable circular economy, the successful candidate will also direct her research towards geothermal reservoirs and underground storage.

The successful candidate must hold a PhD  in geophysics or a related discipline. A record of international journal publications, experience of university-level teaching and strong didactic skills are required. An excellent command of English, spoken and written, is a prerequisite and the willingness to learn German is essential. The annual gross income is € 64,394.
